Still in ireland
OMG, guys. I’m still in Ireland. I was actually supposed to travel back home on the 22nd of the month, but my replacement (my sister-in-law) got Covid. JFC.
Her partner has COPD which is a chronic lung problem. He’s also tested positive. Thankfully, they’re both vaccinated so they’re doing okay(ish) other than fever and headaches. But of course, they’re under quarantine so can’t travel to take care of my MIL.
We’re going back on the 5th of September. Finally. There’s so much stuff I need to do at home that I can’t do here…
Like sleep in my own bed (just kidding. Must be getting old…)
