EIRE OF SUSPICION
An Irish Cozy Mystery

My name is Siobhan Sullivan, and I’ve recently returned from Boston after my marriage failed and I lost my job.

I grew up in the town of Ballyferrig, Co. Limerick, Ireland. Little did I know that after moving into my grandmother’s house, rest her soul, I’d be involved in a murder of  a sweet old lady.

But my inability to let sleeping dogs lie puts me smackbang in the crosshairs of whoever did the deed.

Good thing Garda sergeant Liam is there to save me. Or is he? Cause the grumpy guts can barely look at me whenever we meet.

I hope you’re looking forward to Siobhan’s story. Watch this space because I will post a chapter a day on my website for free for 24 hours. Each day, there will be a new instalment until the story is finished.

And then I’ll publish it on Amazon so if you missed a chapter, you can still read for FREE in Kindle Unlimited!

WELCOME TO MY SITE

My name is Marian Hayes, I live in Frankfurt, Germany, and I’m passionate about cozy mystery, particularly when they’re set in small town Ireland.

I write at my living room table, usually covered with folded laundry because I couldn’t be bothered to tidy before sitting down. My kids are teenagers, so not much help there either.

I do love having them around, and I’ve gotten used to writing with a background noise of Grand Theft Auto and teenage histrionics. Maybe that’s why I prefer writing action scenes over descriptive settings!

Why are my stories set in Ireland? Because my husband is from Co. Limerick and I lived there for six years some time ago. In fact, we’re likely moving back soon into his childhood home. Let me tell you that inspiration in terms of people, landscape, and towns is all around me there!

Check out my Pinterest account to see photos I took that inspired me. Finding pics of my main characters is always fun! 🙂

I love to talk to my readers, online and offline, so feel free to drop me a line!
